What is Kongkow Conferencing?

Kongkow Conferencing is a conference call service. With conference call, three or more people can be connected at the same time through phone. We make it easy to start a conference without having to pre-book your conference call.

Do I need to reserve the conference call?

No, there are no reservations required for this service. Our services are available instantly, on demand, 24/7.

How much does Kongkow Conferencing cost?

Kongkow Conferencing is FREE for all the main features. In the near future, we will have a "Kongkow PLUS" plan to add additional features (other cities dial-in number, customer service by phone, HD voice conferencing, recording capability, web conferencing, and more). Normal voice charges will apply to each participant. There will be no bill or charges from Kongkow Conferencing to use the basic services.

How do I sign up for a Kongkow Conferencing account?

Simply click on the "Signup" button on our homepage to sign up for a Kongkow Conferencing account. With the basic plan, you are eligible to use our conferencing services. After the signup process, you will be given the dial-in number, PIN code, and complete instructions on how to utilize the services. This information will also be sent out by e-mail. Don't forget to check your e-mail dan click on the validation button after you get the e-mail. 

How do I start a conference call?

If you need to start a conference call with your colleagues and friends, you can e-mail or text them the dial-in number, PIN code, and date/time of the conference call. A few minutes before the actual date/time, you can dial into the conference call and enter your PIN code. After that, you can start your meeting. 

Can overseas participants use this service?

Absolutely. Overseas participants can dial into the dial-in number, and use the conferencing services just like domestic callers. Of course, the overseas participants will incur international long distance charges by their carrier.

Can I use skype to dial into Kongkow Conferencing service?

You cannot use the SkypeIn features (PC to PC calling functionality) to dial into Kongkow Conferencing bridge. However, you can use the Skypeout features (PC to Phone calling functionality) to dial into Kongkow Conferencing bridge. 

How many callers can be in a single conference call?

For Free package, the maximum is 5 callers.

Is there a limit to how many conference calls I can make in a single month?

No, there is no limit to the number of conference calls you can make in a single month. We encourage you not to share your PIN code to a friend though. They can sign-up on our website to get their own PIN code. 

Who are the target audience for Kongkow Conferencing?

Kongkow Conferencing is targeted for Indonesia users. However, even if you are overseas, or have colleagues who are located overseas, you may dial into Kongkow Conferencing from any phone in the world. In the future, we plan to offer International dial-in numbers. 

What do I need to use Kongkow Conferencing?

No special equipment is required. You can dial into Kongkow Audio Conferencing with any phone (home phone, mobile phone, office phone, etc). And for Kongkow Video Conferencing you only need laptop, desktop, smartphone, and internet network.
